Grace Bay Club

WE had an amazing experience at GBC! The people were fabulous. The room was gorgeous and the food was excellent. Many thanks goes out to our concierge team, Patrick and Tiffany. Kudos to Franklyn for managing a sticky situation. The fun trophies go to Amanda, Sweet Fred and Melissa as well as the sweet girl who waited on us at the Infiniti bar twice and shame on us, we did not get her name, but her smile is oh so memorable!! If you need a car and driver to take you dinner or provide airport service,ask for Demon from Island Buzz. He was on time and delightful.

Been going to TCI for about 17 years. Stayed at Grace Bay Club the last 8 years. We love GBC. They have 3 sections to this resort. While it sounds big, it really isn’t. They have an Estate section, secluded and exclusive to the guest staying there. The Hotel section, adult only with an adult only pool. And the Villas section, family friendly with a family pool. This resort is 100% ocean facing units. Personal concierge service if you choose to use them. They help you with anything you should need. I used them as well as my husband. They set up balloons ,cake and champagne for my daughters graduation from graduate school and a whole shindig for my 60th bday (thank you Patrick and Austen for this) GBC has an inclusive delicious breakfast with made to order any kind eggs. The breakfast staff is always lively. Junie, Christopher, Sonny, Rachael , Beatrice and everyone that works there! The beach is always quiet. The pools are wonderful with pool and beach attendants, Yeves, Moses, Jerry, Fitz and others. Infiniti Bar was our go to place for lunch most days! Pauline is a GEM. Thank you Pauline for always taking care of us. It’s much appreciated!!! Making my bday very special and my daughters graduation too. Daily and evening houskeeping always a good experience. Stocking fridge with water on a daily basis. Making sure our unit is cleaned and stocked. . Champagne and wine that GBC leaves is a plus. Highly recommend GBC. What I love the most about GBC is even at capacity, it does not feel crowded at all. Very quiet resort. In the evening we love Infiniti bar. It’s a beautiful laid back spot to just hang and have a drink. Included are non motorized water sports. Hobie Cat, kayaks, and SUPboards. Kids and Teen Club available for children looking for a break from parents;)

Just arrived back home from a very relaxing, beautiful vacation in Turks and Caicos. We stayed in the Hotel area of the club which can definitely use some refurbishing and updating. It was somewhat disappointing in comparison to the other buildings that we stayed at previously on property. However after sharing our concerns with the manager Rohan he went out of his way to improve our stay and our room. Thank you Rohan because you completely turned our trip around so quickly. Thanks to you and our concierge team (Trey, Antonio, & Ramsey)things were taken care of and significantly improved. It should also be noted that the hotel area has no elevator and the stairs are pretty arduous if this is an issue. Be warned that you may want to address that if you are making a reservation and have any issues. Two of the most pleasurable aspects of our stay was Tennis 🎾 and the 🏖️ beach 🏝️ My daughter is an avid Tennis player and played 8 days straight with a wonderful Tennis pro that we were lucky enough to work with named Matus. He was knowledgeable and patient. He was truly such a pleasure to to deal with. He not only went out of his way to help my daughter improve her game while she was there he also went above and beyond by giving her tips to go home with and following up with them after we left. Truly a pro at what he does. We were lucky to work with him in such a steady way. Something that needs to be noted for other tennis enthusiasts is that when we had arrived we had no tennis lessons set because on two separate occasions when we called we were told by two very unhelpful and unknowledgeable ladies on the phone that there was nothing available in tennis. We brought our rackets hoping that there would be a cancellation only to find out that these women gave us very poor information. So when making tennis reservations, you may want to speak to a manager. That is not usually the case for other things at Grace Bay most people are very helpful and knowledgeable. In this case with two different people if you really want to book tennis don’t take no for an answer. We also found out once we arrived that they have other instructors that come from other properties. We were never informed about that. We were not given any other choices or alternatives. I’m glad we pushed and asked when we arrived and had a completely different outcome. Not having Matus would have completely changed my daughter’s whole vacation. Last …and I save the best for last… the beach and the pool. Turks is rivaled only by Anguilla in Cap Jaluca as far as beaches go and the rival is neck and neck for the best beaches and water. Soft sand clear water. However, Turks takes the win for best in my heart because the men that work the beach are hands down some of the kindest most wonderful people that we have ever had the pleasure of befriending. We have been coming to Grace bay for many years with a long break after the pandemic however it felt like coming home to see these wonderful men

Everything was amazing!! The hotel was beautiful and the service was amazing. Specially Antonio Trey and Ramsey were the best of the best! Anything we needed they provided with a smile and were very helpful with reservations and planning the trip.

I booked this resort as a dream vacation for my 65th birthday. The concierge idea attracted me as a solo traveler. My room had a fabulous view of the ocean and sunsets. The beach and water were amazing! The service was lacking, especially in the main restaurant/bar/beach (unless you tipped heavily with cash). And, after checking in my concierges disappeared for a few days. (I was given a store bought cake which was nice but couldn't refrigerate it.) They were responsive upon request yet very busy. I was frequently ignored and left at terrible tables by servers. I was also asked for tips at breakfast which was included in the service fee. The food selection was poor and expensive. (Taco restaurant was closed.) I was told by one of the beach employees, who was drunk, to pick up my snorkel boat at the front desk, causing me to run back and forth on the hot sand and almost missed my boat. Very little snorkel equipment as guests had not returned their gear. Room curtains broke and weren't fixed and there were stains on the carpet. Room was not clean upon arrival but I was given a meal at the Grill. (I booked via AmEx hoping for an upgrade, but did not get one.) I did appreciate that a taxi was ordered for the trip home. Breakfast was amazing but overall, this was an expensive trip for the quality of the service/stay.

I had a wonderful experience at Grace Bay Club, beautiful rooms, beaches and food. We luckily arrived after they had some rain mixed in the forecast so we got to enjoy some sun!! The location is great, close enough to downtown to walk and far enough away to be out of all the hustle and bustle. The staff was the highlight with accommodations there for you. Breakfast buffet was fresh and delicious and the infiniti restaurant was excellent, some of the best sushi I have had! The Offshore bar is a gem on the beach with some of the best drinks around and very friendly bartenders, Garth and Andre are great! One thing of note is they did have shampoo and soap at the outdoor showers which I liked to use after the day on the beach to freshen up, unfortunately they’re no longer there.
